Clear Float Glass Clear float glass is made of molten glass which flows through tweel to tin bath and then to lehr. While floating through the molten tin, the glass under the works of gravity and surface tension becomes smooth and flat at both sides. *Ultra clear float glass is also named low-iron glass, crystal clear glass, for they have higher light transmittance (91%) and transparency. Our production lines are imported from PPG (furnace and tin bath). We have total 9 production lines, the production volume is as high as 50 million USD dollars annually.

Tempered Glass/ Toughened Glass

Introduction  The process of tempered glass is to heat the original glass to a very high temperature and cool it down rapidly to form the surface compressive on the glass. According to the shape it can be divided into the fully tempered glass and the heat strengthened glass (also called semi-tempered glass).

Product Characteristics
The tempered glass is 3-4 times as strong as the common glass. Broken by the external force, it will become the bean-sized scrap, so as to lessen or avoid the injury to human body. The tempered glass has the virtues of high degree of precision, low rate of self-blast and without stressing flaw.
Thickness: 2mm to 25mm

Note:
The tempered glass will sometimes self-blast due to the characteristics itself. The cause is about the NiS , which turns into instability after heating and sudden cooling. The possibility of self-destruction is low, yet it can't be wiped out. To minimize the chances of self-blast, we have large heat-soaked furnace to detonate the potential danger of the tempered glass. Once being heat-soaked, the self-destruction probability will be reduced from 1/1000 to 1/100,000.

　Curved Tempered Glass

 
Introduction
Curved tempered glass is the curved-surface safety glass processed by heating the ordinary glass to fit certain arc and radius and then cooling it down suddenly to make the surface turned curved and the facial surface  intensity increasing greatly. Curved tempered glass can meet the need for beauty of external glass of building.

Product Characteristics
The products of curved tempered glass can be directly put in use or they can be processed into the very high standard compound products such as laminated glass (with PVB) of curved tempered, insulated glass (DGU) of bent tempered glass,ceramic glass of curved tempered, etc.
